Curbside delivery is available within the greater Ottawa region (central Kanata to central Orleans to Kemptville).

• $215 for orders less than $1000
• $155 for orders over $1000 or 7% of order whichever is greater
• Orders over $15,000 may be subject to special rates
• Delivery charges for a larger radius beyond the greater Ottawa region are quoted separately and according to location
• Shipping is not available beyond 100km radius of Ottawa

Landscape crew must be on site to unload. Unloading to commence within 15 minutes of scheduled drop time or additional charges will apply. Shipping directions and on-site contact name and telephone number must be provided.

Prices are FOB at the nursery and are subject to change without notice

HST is added to all sales and delivery charges

Orders amended or cancelled within 24hrs of pick up or delivery may be subject to 20% restocking fees. Orders are held for 30 days after which a holding fee of $30 per month payable in advance is applicable.
After 15 October, all special order items and bare-root hedging cedars must be pre-paid.
Cancellations can be made up to 72hrs prior to shipment from growers.
Orders booked are subject to being rendered void in whole or part in the event of crop losses or lack of stock due to other causes over which we have no control.

All plants are graded in accordance with the standards established by the Canadian Association of Nurseryman.

The nursery is open to landscape professionals and resellers only. A minimum of 36 hour turnaround from plant order receipt and confirmation to customer pick up is necessary in May and June due to high order volumes. 24 hour turnaround is applicable to all other months.

The nursery is not open to the general public; however, we welcome landscapers/designers to accompany their clients to view/select materials. Greenlife staff do not service the public without their landscaper/designer present nor do they discuss trade pricing with anyone but the landscaper/designer.

Tree carts are available to rent for $45/day, 7am-5pm. A $150 deposit is required on all rentals and will be refunded upon undamaged return of equipment.

All plants are guaranteed to be in good condition on leaving the nursery. Our responsibility ceases at this point. It is the landscapers responsibility to provide your client with a warranty, if you so wish, once the plant(s) are installed. We warrant our stock to be true to name and will replace with other stock, or return amount paid, if any should prove to be untrue. Greenlife will not be held responsible for any amount greater than that originally received for the plant(s).

Check your plants on pick-up or arrival. No claims for plant rejections or deficiencies will be considered unless made within 2 (two) days of pick-up/arrival of plants. Plants must be returned in the same condition as sold and no claims will be considered if plants are not properly covered upon leaving or arriving in the nursery.
